Certified Professional Co-Active Coaches. Each of one of them brings significant
hands-on business experience, years of coaching skill and expertise, and high
levels of personal integrity to our work.
John Vercelli
Master Certified Coach
John draws on fifteen years in management and twelve years as an executive
coach to guide organizations to living a leadership culture.
John received his Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology and Master's Degree in
Education from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical
Engineering from San Jose State University. Prior to his career in coaching,
John worked as a manufacturing engineer, production manager, and Director
of Quality. After completing his coaching certification at the Coaches Training
Institute (CTI), he became a trainer for CTI in both the coach training programs
and the year-long leadership program.
A master certified coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, John
has led, designed, and delivered leadership programs nationally and internationally
for over ten years. John designs programs for large and mid-sized companies
that prepare participants for the actual challenges on the job.
Shariann Tom
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach
Shariann has over 16 years of corporate experience and six-plus years of coaching
experience. Also a perennial entrepreneur, she advocates that people are both
key resources and the heart of a company. Her zest for life is ever-present
whether speaking in front of a group or training within an organization.
During her years with Fortune 500 companies including MCI, Visa Int'l, Charles
Schwab, and Bank of America, Shariann held management positions in sales,
marketing, and business development. She brings an understanding of the nuances
of day-to-day business operations and its effect on the individual's need
to maintain his or her uniqueness and dreams. Shariann's background has also
instilled in her the continual need for companies to nurture their most valuable
assets – their people.
Shariann received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from San Francisco
State University and her coaching certification from Coaches Training Institute's
(CTI).
A four-time cancer survivor, Shariann holds workshops for cancer survivors,
leads a course titled "From Surviving to Thriving: Creating and Living
a Richer Life," and is very active in the cancer survivor and support
community. Shariann is a firm believer that "it's the journey that counts."
Chris Sansone, Ph.D.
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach
Chris is an affiliate faculty member of Webster University Human Relations
Management Masters program and Regis University Masters of Science in Management
program. Earlier in his career, Chris was Vice President of Regional Operations
for a national commercial real estate consulting firm for over 15 years, where
he represented Fortune 500 companies to local and state agencies.
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Chris has a doctoral degree in Human
and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Institute. He is a trained mediator,
is qualified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and other personality assessments,
and is trained in delivery of Appreciative Inquiry. He specializes in organizational
development and diversity, team building, executive development, and leadership.
As a scholar-practitioner, he grounds the programs we deliver in proven academic
theory.
Andy Churgin
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach
Andy has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and general management.
As brand manager, director of marketing, vice president of marketing and product
development at various multi-national corporations and entrepreneurial companies,
Andy developed expertise in strategic planning, product ideation, development
and launch, team development, and executive leadership.
Andy is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. His passion is fueled by
his desire to see individual leaders and businesses reach their goals and
fulfill their visions.
Carle Churgin
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach
Carle is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach who coaches professionals
and executives and conducts leadership development programs. Coming from the
belief that we all have a contribution to make in our work and our lives,
she collaborates with managers and executives to find their own personal excellence
and explore ways to share that with others.
Carle has extensive experience in sales, marketing communications, and public
relations--most of which was in high technology companies. For several years
she owned an independent marketing organization where she gained knowledge
and insight about the challenges of running a business.
