Michele is a catalyst for change. As founder of Nectar Consulting Inc., she
is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of business professionals.
She does this by bringing her full-self and passion to her work as a coach,
trainer, tele-class leader and author.
Michele brings over 15 years of experience as a consultant, director, designer,
and coach to clients across the United States and Europe. Her extensive experience
in management, branding, design, and marketing offers a depth of business
acumen and creativity to draw from. She integrates both personal and business
values with leadership skills and business strategies to assist today’s
leaders in achieving greater levels of productivity, satisfaction, and success.
Michele is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), receiving her
coach training and certification from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
She has also received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from
the International Coach Federation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree
from the University of Florida in Advertising, has studied at the University
of Paris, France, and has a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute
of Atlanta.
She is a co-author of A Guide to Getting It: A Clear
Compelling Vision , and is a member of the International Coach Federation
(ICF), 24-7 Coaching, the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA),
and is on the steering committee for ‘Time to Change’, a non-profit
organization dedicated to transforming the lives of prison inmates through
teaching them coaching & life skills.
Michele also collaborates with other world-class coaches to create and deliver
transformative programs that generate real results.
