About Michele Molitor and Nectar Consulting Inc.
Michele founded Nectar Consulting, Inc. in 2001 after leaving the dot com world to find more fulfilling and meaningful work. What she discovered was coaching and her passion. She has since been trained and certified as a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) to provide business coaching and consulting services to her myriad of clients across the United States and Europe.
Michele is a catalyst for change. She brings 20 years of insight and expertise to her work as a coach, trainer, speaker and writer and has touched the lives of hundreds of business owners and executives. Her 10 years as an art director & creative director for leading edge companies in multi-media and web development give her extensive management, branding, design, and marketing expertise to draw from when helping clients to grow their businesses more effectively.
She uses an engaging style and interdisciplinary approach to cut to the core of where her clients can expand their skills as leaders to more successfully grow their businesses. Michele's unique combination of coaching skills, business growth tools and strategies consistently helps her clients significantly increase their bottom-line results. Through their work with Michele, her clients have reported an increase in annual business revenues from 25%-300%.
Nectar Consulting also has an extensive network of industry experts who work with Michele regularly to further expand the capacity of your team’s success and grow your business.
Michele received her coach training and certification from The Coaches Training Institute. She has also received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Advertising, has studied French linguistics at the University of Paris, France and has a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Michele is also a licensed Action Plan Marketing Consultant.
She is a co-author of "A Guide to Getting It: A Clear Compelling Vision", as well as editor and co-author of her ebook "Got Expert? Key Insights and Advice from Today’s Expert’s - Vol. 1 & 2". She has also designed and lead a myriad of customized programs and workshops for personal, professional and business growth.
Michele is actively involved in her community in many ways. She is on the Board of Directors for the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce, has served on the Board of Directors for the Berkeley West Edge Opera, is a founding member of the "No Ordinary" Business Network International chapter and assists with feline rescue activities with the East Bay SPCA. She has also been a facilitator for over 5 years with California GEAR UP, a program that helps bring a college-going culture to low-income middle schools throughout the state of California.
She loves being with nature, animals and capturing the joy of it all through her expressions as an artist, drawing and painting in oil and watercolor. Her collection of work over the last 20 years, both as a graphic designer and painter, are just a small facet of the beauty and radiance that she finds in every day.
