- Commitment
- Culture
- Communications
- Compensation

survey. It gives employers an honest perspective of what their employees think
so they can identify the right tools for successful development and growth.
Assessments
We provide the following assessments to clients to understand their current
skills and help identify any areas for development.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI® Step II Form Q)—With
more than a million people having taken the MBTI, it is one of the most widely
used psychological assessment tools for both individuals and groups. The MBTI
is used to achieve immediate, measurable results creating greater appreciation
of one’s self and more effectiveness at relating to others on the team
and throughout the organization. Step II results are applied to four important
components of executive development: communication, change management, decision
making, and conflict management. The report describes an individual’s
style in these four areas and suggests ways of using that style more effectively.
A typical outcome is noticeably improved individual and team decision-making
and learning processes.
The Leadership Frames Survey—The frames perspective
has been utilized and researched extensively for over a decade by scholars
of current leadership theory. There are four styles that leaders traditionally
have used: symbolic, human resources, structural, and political. The ‘Frames’
survey will provide a narrative report with a set of customized recommendations
for developing an individual’s leadership effectiveness, collected from
up to 20 people who have observed their leadership style.
Coaching Report for Leaders (CPI)—One of the
most widely researched and respected psychometric assessments, the CPI identifies
an individual’s unique professional and personal leadership styles.
Based on questionnaires that have been used and validated in a wide variety
of management and leadership development programs, results are highly predictive
of managerial competencies. Created for individuals at all levels of leadership,
the CPI helps individuals better understand their preferences, attitudes,
and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership. This enables
them to leverage their strengths, target areas for development, set goals,
and plan action steps to develop their leadership style.
